Odoo Functional Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team.

  • Work extensively on Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, and perform process mapping.
  • Configure Odoo solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional and technical alignment.
  • Lead or support testing, deployment, training, and go-live activities.
  • Participate in client meetings, including pre-sales discussions when needed.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Create documentation including functional specs, user manuals, and training guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of multiple Odoo modules and their business impact.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Solid grasp of business processes across Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Eagerness to stay updated on new Odoo features and industry trends.
