TekGenio is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about ERP systems and eager to contribute to end-to-end Odoo implementations. As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and help design and deliver effective Odoo-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and system configuration.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Support in testing, deployment, and training for end-users.
  • Participate in client meetings and pre-sales activities under supervision.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document functional requirements and prepare user manuals/training materials.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in a similar functional consultant or ERP role (Odoo experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of business processes across domains like Sales, Finance, Inventory, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP consulting.
