Job Title: Growth Acquisition Specialist
Overview:This role involves acquiring new Savings Account customers from designated segments and generating referrals within assigned catchment areas. It requires effective customer acquisition strategies, sourcing quality SA accounts in line with the bank's product mix, customer segments, and constitution guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new Savings Account customers through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely account opening and facilitate customer activation by providing guidance on product features, required documentation, and account usage.
- Provide regular feedback to the Catchment Sales Leader (CSL) on customer needs, competitor benchmarking, and market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly new customer acquisition targets by analyzing customers' transaction banking needs.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new customers in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
