Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Senior Specialist

Reports To: Lead Talent Acquisition/ VP North
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent for our clients. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate & client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates against received mandates, through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and networking platforms.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategy.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to critically evaluate the candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Salary negotiations and closing on joining dates, post offer and joining integration.
- Build Data base: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Ensure an outstanding client & candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the MIS
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, No. of candidates per hire).
- Support our branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs or recruiting events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, , Google X-ray search, Boolean search).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
