Job Description:

A Relationship Manager specializing in Field Sales and Architect Engagement will play a pivotal role in shaping meaningful relationships with the architect community.

This role involves extensive fieldwork, meeting architects, understanding their needs, and ensuring the growth and success of the loyalty program.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting field visits to meet architects in person, build relationships, and understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Building strong relationships with architects by understanding their needs, industry challenges, and business goals.
  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance architect participation and loyalty in the program.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for architects, ensuring program satisfaction and a seamless experience.
  • Analyzing program performance, offering insights and recommendations to the Program Manager to improve engagement and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create relevant, value-driven content and offers for program participants.
  • Driving engagement through participation in networking & non-networking events, seminars, and webinars, while gathering valuable feedback from architects.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of program rewards and other services.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in the architecture industry or related fields such as interior design, construction, or building materials.
  • A strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer engagement, or sales incentive strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and drive performance improvements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture, business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.

What We Offer:
