  • Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to deliver campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead management and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing tools, platforms, and trends to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing is beneficial.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO and SEM.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
