Job Title: Marketing Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of the market dynamics in India.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

    The successful candidate will conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities in India.

    They will also identify and cultivate new business opportunities and leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits.

  2. Product/Service Promotion & Presentation:

    The Marketing Representative will effectively present and promote our products and services to prospective and existing clients.

    They will conduct product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and answer customer queries.

    The representative will also distribute marketing materials and participate in promotional events, trade shows, or roadshows.

  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    The successful candidate will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

    They will understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Addressing customer concerns and feedback effectively is crucial to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Sales Support & Target Achievement:

    The Marketing Representative will work towards achieving assigned sales and marketing targets and objectives.

    Collaborating closely with the sales team is essential to convert leads into successful sales.

    Assisting in negotiating terms of sales and service agreements is also a critical aspect of this role.

  5. Reporting & Documentation:

    The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems.

    Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales pipeline, market trends, and competitive intelligence to the Marketing/Sales Manager is a must.

  6. Campaign Support:

    The Marketing Representative will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.

    Gathering feedback on campaign effectiveness from the field is crucial to measure success.
