Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Brand Advisor. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who can create a strong positive perception of our brand.

This position involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/conversion sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and convert inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about brand heritage, journey, products, and services.
  • Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  • Drive proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the brand.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in luxury management/marketing or an MBA in marketing or communications from a reputable institution.
  • 7+ years of experience in the retail luxury/hospitality/interior industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Sheets or CRM software.
  • Understanding of brand principles and ethos, including brand positioning, values differentiation, & competitive analysis.
