Brand Solutions Specialist

A Sr Associate - Brand Solutions plays a pivotal role in executing impactful brand campaigns.
About the Job- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and production partners to bring creative ideas to life.
- Lead all Brand Solutions for select clients based on their briefs and proactive pitches.
- Work closely with the Creative team to ideate concepts using insights about the client, brand, and business.
- Execute these ideas and handle their moving parts within set timelines.
As the main point of contact, liaise with clients to ensure ideas and execution align with brand vision and business objectives.
Brainstorm, collaborate, and drive ideation for projects, researching industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns to stay inspired.
Prepare detailed campaign reports to maximize learning after each project concludes.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 2-4 years' experience in events, experiential marketing, or media.
- A passion for culture - both pop culture and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivation, honesty, proactivity, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Hands-on execution with confidence and willingness to figure out challenges.
- A willingness to learn from clients, past trends, parallel industries, and team members.
