The Role of a Renewals Specialist.

About the Position:

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to gather information needed to create documentation for client renewals. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all necessary data is accurately captured and presented.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on document preparation.
  • Analyzing client data within internal and external tools to identify key trends and patterns.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to identify actions needed to support a successful renewal process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer data analysis and renewal management software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

You will also have the opportunity to develop strong working relationships across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
