Portfolio Manager - Renewals

The Portfolio Manager - Renewals is responsible for executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, maximizing contract value while protecting and enhancing customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective negotiation strategies to drive win-win outcomes for small account contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with account teams to manage the renewals process, ensuring successful execution.
  • Work closely with internal resources such as Customer Success, Account Executives, and Sales Operations to drive successful renewals.
  • Identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure smooth renewal processes.
  • Communicate risks clearly and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts of your territory, communicating any renewal risks to internal resources to develop resolution strategies.
  • Adhere to best practices for all internal processes, including Opportunity Management, Data Quality and accuracy, Quotations, and Forecasting.

Achieve financial and strategic targets by minimizing attrition, positioning favorable terms, and boosting incremental revenue through up-sells, cross-sells, and add-ons.
