Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive hiring strategy that attracts, selects, and retains top talent. This includes building relationships with hiring managers, creating job descriptions and interview questions, and managing the entire candidate hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a diverse hiring strategy to meet the company's staffing needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria and interview processes
  • Source applicants through online channels and internal referrals
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate hiring process, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Partner with other HR team members to ensure a great onboarding experience
