  • Support team sales initiatives by sharing relevant information for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for management.
  • Anticipate spending 80% of time in front of end-users/customers.
  • Manage customer accounts payable and ensure timely collection.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of existing and new products and services.

Requirements

  • Engineering graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Production with 8+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Engineering or Sales/Application.
  • Competent in understanding and communicating product and technical information.
  • Able to assess customer needs competently.
  • Computer literate with good presentation skills and drive to coordinate across functions.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively and work with cross-functional teams.
