About the Role

This role is ideal for results-driven individuals who can focus on achieving set objectives. As a Key Accounts Sales Officer, your primary responsibility will be to maximize point-of-sale volumes and placements. To achieve this, you will manage and organize territories and clients to ensure seamless integration with the company's headquarters and functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Optimize resource utilization in your area of responsibility, particularly sales and promotional budgets.
  • Explore and identify new business opportunities through Alternate Channels (HORECA).
  • Monitor and analyze the performance, inventory, and assortment of each Key Account.
  • Handle sales forecasting, profit and loss, and business strategy planning.
  • Manage sales activities and business development.
  • Responsible for analysis, development, negotiation, and post-sales services to consumers.
  • Build and maintain good relationships and identify opportunities to capture in Key Accounts.
  • Manage and monitor the sales activities and performance of Merchandisers in your area of responsibility.
Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Modern Trade and Alternate Channel sales.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG segment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of fulfilling targets.
  • Knowledge of commercial and office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
