About the Role
This Collections Efficiency Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join Kaleidofin's team of experts who are dedicated to driving financial inclusion and impact. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to manage and reduce delinquencies in Unsecured Loan portfolios.

You will work closely with partner teams to ensure compliance with RBI and NBFC regulations in collections practices. Your expertise in collections processes, risk management, and compliance regulations for NBFCs in India will be invaluable in achieving this goal. Additionally, you will supervise and manage third-party collection agencies and field partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in collections for unsecured lending, specifically in NBFCs or financial institutions handling Personal and Business Loans. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent team leadership and partner management abilities, proficient in data analysis, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to manage and reduce delinquencies in Unsecured Loan portfolios.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional teams like credit risk, legal, and customer service to resolve escalations and improve the overall collection process.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collections efficiency and reduce delinquency levels.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and NBFC regulations in collections practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 4-7 years of experience in collections for unsecured lending, specifically in NBFCs or financial institutions handling Personal and Business Loans.
- Strong knowledge of collections processes, risk management, and compliance regulations for NBFCs in India.
- Excellent team leadership and partner management abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis, with an understanding of tools and metrics for collections performance.
- Ability to handle field activities, conduct partner visits, and manage escalations effectively.
- Should be willing to travel extensively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams, partners, and customers.

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is approximately ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
