Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Booking Executive. As the first point of contact for our international guests, you will provide a personalized experience and handle their queries with exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to booking inquiries in a friendly manner, paying attention to guest requirements and providing accurate information about availability, accommodation types, and areas.
  • Support marketing tasks when needed and assist in promoting our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Tourism or Public Relations is desirable but not essential. What's more important is your excellent English language skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for sales.
  • Fluency in English (excellent grammar) is a must, and good computer skills, including typing and multitasking, are also highly valued.
