Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

Transform your organization by leveraging our expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse. This strategic role involves driving business growth and efficiency through streamlined processes and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance composite workbooks in RapidResponse to meet evolving business needs.
  • Author and maintain transformation workbooks, incorporating commands, schedule tasks, automation chains, scripts, and forms.
  • Design and implement embedded algorithms and workflows to automate critical business processes.
  • Enhance scorecards and dashboards to provide real-time visibility and actionable insights.
  • Closed-loop development ensures seamless integration and optimization of business processes.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse modules, including scripting, forms, web services, macros, embedded algorithms, and workflows.
  • Foundational knowledge of RapidResponse Data Governance, Data Model, and Scenarios Architecture.
  • Experience in integrating Kinaxis with other ERP systems, data warehouses, for inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Kinaxis Author Level 3 or Solution Consultant Level 3 certification, and at least 3 solution certifications in RapidResponse.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain planning processes, including S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, etc.
  • Ability to identify gaps in existing processes, design and develop solutions, configure the system, and build automation of processes.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with a good problem-solving and analytic skillset.

This strategic role requires close collaboration with business users, IT partners, and global business leaders to evaluate problem statements, analyze requirements, and build tailored solutions that drive organizational success.
