**Job Title:** Oracle FCCS Functional Consultant

**Job Description:**

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS).
  • Successful end-to-end implementation in FCCS with 8+ projects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • In-depth knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes.
  • Strong technical capabilities in FCCS, understanding of integration with HFM, EPM/Hyperion, and other systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
  • CA or MBA Finance qualification.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead overall project, solution design, and validation, guiding the project team.
  • Conduct business requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, user training, and testing.
  • Create project documents such as BRD, SDD, test scripts, and manuals.

**Personal Qualities:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex information concisely.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other tools.
  • Confident and assertive, with willingness to travel for long or short-term projects in GCC countries.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Prior onsite experience in GCC region is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost management, Account Reconciliation, Tax Reporting also beneficial.
