Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP and exceptional communication skills.

About the Role:
  • Prepare daily, monthly MIS, and financial statements as required by management.
  • Develop and support annual audit processes for India and foreign companies.
  • Ensure tax compliance for India and foreign companies, including ITR filing and transfer pricing.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and reconcile FI and CO reports post-month-end close.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants at international locations.
  • Prepare standalone financials and consolidated financials according to Ind AS/IGAAP/IFRS/US GAAP.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of Companies Act and SEBI regulations is essential.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills are crucial.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity is expected.
Key Skills:
  • SAP and Microsoft Office expertise are required.
  • Exceptional English conversation and writing skills are necessary.
  • Presentation, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are important.
