Job Title: Finance Manager

MIS finance managers play a critical role in delivering comprehensive financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, cost analysis, and division-wise performance.

  • Collaboration and Data Validation:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.

  • Dashboards and Reports:

    Develop dashboards and reports for management, investors, and key stakeholders.

  • Corrective Actions:

    Perform variance analysis, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions to senior leadership.

  • Budget Planning and Forecasting:

    Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.

  • Operational Metrics:

    Track key business metrics, KPIs, and identify trends for operational and strategic recommendations.

  • Data Integrity:

    Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.

  • Support and Implementation:

    Support financial planning and analysis activities, prepare board presentations, and contribute to risk review meetings.

  • Process Improvement:

    Implement and improve MIS processes using advanced Excel and relevant financial tools.

  • Professional Development:

    Stay up-to-date with technology, regulatory changes, and best practices in data reporting.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:

    A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) is preferred.

  • Experience:

    A minimum of 3–6 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or related roles.

  • Skills:

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.

  • Soft Skills:

    Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Performance:

    Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.

  • Organizational Skills:

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
