Accounting Professional

The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting activities for both the US and APAC regions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with US GAAP and APAC accounting standards.

  • General Ledger Functions:
  • Journal entry posting, account reconciliation, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Audit and tax compliance, and maintain accurate inventory records for products.

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to collaborate with production teams to track costs and performance metrics, prepare consolidated financial statements (if needed) and financial reports for individual portfolio companies.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, vendor management and customer billing.
  3. Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax filings.
  4. Implement and streamline accounting processes across both regions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

This role requires a thorough understanding of US GAAP, familiarity with APAC accounting standards (US-GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP), and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA/CPA certification preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and QuickBooks Desktop.

Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders across different regions is essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment is also required.
