">Job Summary: As a Sales Growth Specialist - Up-Skilling Opportunities, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on up-skilling opportunities for our clients. This involves developing and maintaining relationships with prospects and existing customers, understanding their career goals and aspirations, and showcasing how Karyarth's solutions can help them achieve their objectives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of Karyarth's services;">
- Foster a customer-centric approach, prioritizing the needs and expectations of clients at all times;">
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and adapt sales strategies accordingly;">
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue expansion;">
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and relevant industries;">
Requirements:

- A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields;">
- An undergraduate degree in any stream, with a preferred focus on B.Tech;">
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with proficiency in presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner;">
- A passion for sales, target achievement, and driving business growth;">
- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ (Learning Skills Quality) is an added advantage;">
- Familiarity with handling tech products and ability to navigate technical discussions;">
- Proven track record of handling ticket sizes above ₹50K, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively;">
Compensation Package: The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8.4 LPA (lakh per annum), with potential for a 10-30% hike based on performance and market standards.
">Work Location: Bangalore, with the option to work from office.
