
Customer Service Liaison

A key role in our organization is the Customer Support Executive. This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram, where you will be responsible for providing online support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
This job involves addressing customer queries across various platforms, including WhatsApp, email, and social media. You will also be required to monitor all shipments daily to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Responsibilities include maintaining inventory for packaging materials, replenishing stock as needed, and processing returns, refunds, and exchanges. Additionally, you will manage marketplace order dispatches, reimbursements, and connect with customers to understand feedback.
In terms of qualifications, prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not necessary. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, is required, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
