Executive Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to provide executive support to the Managing Director.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive implementation of strategic goals.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the executive team based on observations and interactions.
  • Communications, Partnerships & Outreach:
    • Manage the MD's bio and respond to requests for materials.
    • Edit and complete written communications to external stakeholders.
  • Board Support & Liaison:
    • Serve as the MD's liaison to the Board of Directors.
    • Assist board members with travel and logistics arrangements.
    • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with board members.
  • Senior Management Liaison:
    • Participate in executive team meetings and assist in scheduling.
    • Coordinate senior management team meetings and off-sites.
    • Facilitate cross-divisional coordination of Strategic Project Management and Initiatives:
    • Assist the MD in identifying and prioritizing key strategic initiatives.
    • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
    • Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports.
    • Collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives team to coordinate outreach activities.
  • Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Foster strong relationships with team members, partners, and clients.
    • Draft high-quality correspondence that reflects the MD's voice and vision.
  • Administrative Support (as needed):
    • Complete administrative tasks, including managing calendars and composing correspondence.
    • Arrange travel plans and itineraries.
    • Plan and coordinate projects and events.
