Our organization is seeking a Technical Automation Solutions Specialist to support pre-sales engineering for global Building Automation System (BAS) projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical assessments, cost estimations, and competitive bids across industries such as commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, and pharmaceuticals.

This role involves leading pre-sales engineering for BMS projects, following country-specific standards, reviewing project inputs, MEP drawings, specifications, and SOPs; identifying HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors.

The ideal candidate will design BAS network architecture and select hardware, software, sensors, controllers, dampers, and airflow devices. They will also participate in project kick-off and review meetings; maintain compliance, deviation, and risk logs.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality assurance, defect-free deliverables, and timely submissions. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication is required.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of HVAC systems including Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, Hot Water systems. Familiarity with network protocols such as wiring, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels is also essential.

Experience in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC & BMS systems, as well as knowledge of Automation systems (PLC programming/SCADA), is highly desirable.

Relevant experience in the Building Automation Industry, BMS Design, or Automation Engineering is preferred.
