Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned software developer to collaborate on a project with one of our esteemed clients from the banking sector. The primary objective is to ensure the maintenance and development of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and refine digital products and technology services for clients and employees.
  • Apply software engineering best practices, including user needs analysis, feature development, automated testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by implementing digital principles and adhering to functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Integrate observability into solutions, monitor production health, resolve incidents, and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Understand and represent client needs, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the engineering culture and internal communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent, focusing on code development and maintenance.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Core banking integration area.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation and writing.
  • Good knowledge of Java and relevant Java tech stack.
  • Awareness of clean coding practices and Test Driven Development.
  • API first design, modern architecture, and design patterns.
  • Hands-on DevOps experience and good troubleshooting skills.
