Job Title: Technical Specialist

This role involves providing technical support for the maintenance of Applications and their Production processes. Key responsibilities include supporting application jobs and functionalities in Integration, UAT, and Production environments, catering to time-critical requirements from Consumers, while maintaining a green status of Application.

Responsibilities:
  • Impact Analysis & Development Plans - Perform detailed impact analysis for Adhoc Customer requests and create development and testing plans.
  • Upgrade Solutions - Develop and test solutions to Adhoc Customer requests for upgrades on existing processes.
  • Quality Deliverables - Maintain quality of code and deliverables.
  • Operational Documents - Create and maintain Application operational documents and SDLC Release documents.
  • No-Impact Deployments - Deploy solutions fulfilling new functionalities without causing impacts to ongoing processes.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal).
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent team player.
