Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders and business users to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for complex IAM solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis of existing IAM processes, systems, and integrations to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Translate abstract business needs into precise technical requirements, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models.
  • Analyze data structures and integration points relevant to IAM provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
  • Work closely with IAM Product Owners, Security Architects, Developers, and Engineers to design robust IAM solutions, preferably within the One Identity Manager framework.
  • Contribute to the technical design of IAM workflows, roles, policies, and access controls, ensuring security best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of IAM systems and tools.
  • Assist in defining test cases and validating that implemented solutions meet technical specifications and business requirements.
  • Ensure IAM solutions adhere to architectural principles, performance benchmarks, and security standards.
  • Identify opportunities for technical optimization and automation within IAM processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for IAM policies, procedures, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Provide technical recommendations for enhancing IAM governance, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication and technical alignment on IAM initiatives between business units, IT, and Information Security teams.
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions on IAM system functionalities and configurations.
  • Support technical aspects of audit and compliance activities related to IAM.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IAM solution design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of IAM products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
