As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales, particularly in international voice processes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • BUILD Strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in an international voice process environment
  • Comfortable working US shifts (Pune time zone)
