Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of channel partner ecosystem support, providing operational assistance to internal teams and external partners alike. You will be responsible for managing inbound requests, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the NextWave partner program by responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems or similar platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication.
  • Experience working with G-suite, ServiceNow, SFDC, and data governance/data hygiene activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a business domain or manage a business process and be accountable to stakeholders.
