We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance frameworks, manage regulatory engagements, and handle compliance matters for our India trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulators, brokers, and exchanges in India to stay abreast of new regulatory developments and industry best practices in compliance.
  • Provide insight and guidance on applicable Indian compliance matters to ensure compliance with regulations, governance, and internal policies across the India trading business.
  • Assess business strategies and identify compliance risks and solutions by partnering with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, equities, and/or derivatives market experience/exposure preferred.
  • Professional and/or industry qualifications preferred.
  • Strong ability to interpret regulations and legislations.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information to all levels in English.
Benefits:

Our competitive benefits package includes salary ranging from $120,000 to $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
