Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist\

We are seeking a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join our team and help us drive business growth through effective online advertising campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

\

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will need to have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform campaign decisions. You will also need to work closely with our creative teams to develop engaging ad content that resonates with our target audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing ad campaigns across multiple channels\
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to optimize ROI and conversions\
  • Collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling ad content\
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in paid advertising\
  • Providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance\
  • Identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and implementing changes as needed\
  • Staying ahead of the competition by continuously improving ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies\
  • Managing ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and conversions\
  • Developing A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements\
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights, and preparing weekly reports\
  • Working closely with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads align with brand storytelling and visuals\
  • Exploring opportunities in Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads as the brand grows\
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals\
  • Suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity\
  • Contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that support business objectives\
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on paid advertising best practices\
  • Maintaining accurate records of campaign performance and results\
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends\
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets business requirements\
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on paid advertising within the organization\
  • Supporting other departments as needed to achieve business objectives\
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment\
  • Other duties as assigned by management\
  • Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.\
  • Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.\
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC.\
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to brief and refine ad assets.\
  • Experience with premium or luxury brand advertising is a strong plus.\
