About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, analyzing the impact of changes, and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in banking or finance industry
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a matrix organization with stakeholders spread across geographies
  • Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders' needs and requirements
