Business Systems Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our organization and contribute to the development of business solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst who can collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, and software engineering teams to design, document, and implement business solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of business processes and systems.

  • Conduct business and systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementing new solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure that solutions meet user needs and comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and system designs, including use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, including providing input on project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business solution implementation, including testing and quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working directly with clients, stakeholders, and software engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and systems, including use case modeling and process flows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated experience working across technical and business boundaries to understand objectives and scope.
Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years' experience defining and documenting business and functional solutions, models, and specifications involving transformation from legacy platforms and integrated services platforms is preferred. Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Experience is also a plus.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, India. Work hours are between 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
