Business Analysis Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Business Analysis role. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing IT-enabled solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation of systems that enhance operational efficiency. They will also engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
  • Analyze and develop functional specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Design efficient IT systems and solutions to meet both business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to implement solutions effectively
  • Coordinate integration of multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams
  • Monitor system performance and gather feedback from end-users for continuous improvement
  • Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, software/hardware installations, and process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Sound understanding of project management methodologies and IT
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or IT Consultant
