Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant Job

We are seeking an Oracle CC&B functional consultant with 8-14 years of experience in working with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to Oracle CC&B.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, upgrading or supporting Oracle CC&B.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) is required.
  • A deep understanding of utility business processes including customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring Oracle CC&B modules to meet business needs.
  • Translating business processes into system solutions within Oracle CC&B.
  • Preparing functional design documents and collaborating with technical teams for development of customizations, integrations, and reports.
  • Conducting system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Providing subject matter expertise for Oracle CC&B best practices, enhancements, and new functionalities.
