Oracle C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Utilities C2M professional to fill this key role.

  • The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG), and meter-to-cash (M2C) processes.

  • This role requires expertise in areas such as billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders, Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations.

  • The successful candidate will also possess strong technical and integration skills, including experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT, familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture, and knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows.

  • In addition to technical skills, this role demands strong architectural and leadership abilities, including enterprise utility architecture design experience, ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints, proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Utilities C2M architectures and solutions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members

  • Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities C2M

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M suite, including CC&B, MDM, and SGG

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOA Suite

  • Experience with Web Services and REST/SOAP APIs

  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture and head-end system integration
