We are seeking a Telecalling Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to work on our in-house SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.
The successful candidate will:
- Make outbound calls to introduce and explain our product.
- Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
- Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
- Share product information and resolve basic queries related to features and benefits.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.
- A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
- A basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is a plus.
