Business Development Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Development Professional to join our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the architecture, interior design, and allied sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies.
  • Collect client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
  • Work closely with design, project, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence and resource planning.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving approach to business challenges.
  • Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
