About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • IDentify market opportunities and tailor initiatives to maximize reach and revenue.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with partners through regular engagement, training, and incentives.
  • Monitor partner performance, providing feedback and support to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive high performance and achieve targets.
  • Facilitate training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure accurate tracking of targets and progress.
  • Present detailed sales performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital content.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate or construction industries.
  • Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in sales CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics software.
