Identity Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled identity management administrator to support and enhance our organization's identity management program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize the Okta Identity Cloud platform for seamless user experiences.
  • Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and policy updates.
  • Integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory protocols.
  • Monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with Security, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for Okta configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with IAM industry trends and Okta platform updates, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Participate in security audits and support compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
  • Proficiency in SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory protocols.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
