Business Transformation Expert

Job Summary:

A seasoned Business Analyst is required to drive business process improvement and transformation. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in capturing and documenting business requirements, analyzing the impact of changes, and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.

  • 7+ years of experience in Techno-Functional BA with expertise in Data Analysis and Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
  • Strong understanding of banking and finance domains, including exposure to Data Warehouses, Regulatory Reporting frameworks, and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field, with ACAMS certification a plus.
  • Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with stakeholders across geographies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other MS Office tools.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and document business requirements.
  • Analyze the impact of changes and support the business throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert-level analysis and advice on business operations and processes.
  • Identify and interpret stakeholder needs and requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a virtual team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions, and AML regulations.
  • Familiarity with platforms like ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, MANTAS, etc.
  • Exposure to business analysis, products, and operational processes in Banking/Wealth Management domain.

  • Architecturally minded with ability to simplify complex activities.
