About the Role

The Business Finance Team Lead will identify, develop, and manage relationships with key partners to drive working capital finance solutions. This role combines business development, partner management, and financial expertise to structure and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partners for working capital finance ecosystem growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new partners and expand the network.
  • Foster and grow existing partner relationships in working capital finance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored working capital solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Work with internal and external teams to structure working capital finance solutions.
  • Lead negotiations with partners and clients.
  • Provide training and support to partners on working capital finance products.
  • Track partner performance and monitor KPIs.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of working capital finance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
