Procurement Leader Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our efforts in the pharma, beauty, and perfume industries.The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, industry-grade knowledge of raw materials, and the ability to manage efficient procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and purchase high-quality raw materials tailored to the pharma, beauty, and perfume sectors.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and foster robust relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in raw material procurement.
  • In-depth knowledge of perfume ingredients and industry standards for pharma and beauty products.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

As a procurement leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to source high-quality raw materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
