  • Immediate Joiners: Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated, detailed-oriented, and results-driven individuals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
