Your Role in Our Mission

You will play a critical part in ensuring our objectives are met in important areas by coordinating business analyst teams duties and activities on IT projects. You will also provide guidance and support to newer team members.

  • Nurture a collaborative environment between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and share business requirements and expected impact.
  • Work with clients to develop business specs at the start of a technical project.
  • Analyze, plan, design, document, or make recommendations to improve business processes to support technology goals.
  • Help verify that all requirements have been met by approving and validating test results.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with 8+ years of experience in business analysis, claims adjudication, Medicaid, or Medicare, and strong SQL knowledge. You should be able to write complex queries, gather requirements effectively, document requirements, and confirm observations with business owners. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create detailed and thorough design documents and test plans/execution for medium to large initiatives.
  • Being able to research, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
