Senior Digital Media Operations Specialist

As a key member of our global team, you will play a vital role in setting up and executing digital media campaigns using leading-edge ad servers. Your expertise in quality framework and process management will ensure seamless execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience managing digital media campaigns across various channels. Proficiency in ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows is essential, with a minimum of one year's experience using CM 360 ad server.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable business strategies are crucial for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will also be put to the test as you work closely with internal and onshore partners.
Main Responsibilities- Setup and execute digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360.
- Maintain quality standards by applying quality frameworks.
- Monitor day-to-day operations and identify potential gaps in processes.
- Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues across platforms / Ad-tech.
- Assess training requirements for team members.
- Communicate technical information effectively with internal and onshore partners.
- A full-time graduate degree is mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools such as IAS and DoubleVerify.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong individual contributor and collaborative team player.
