As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex engineering projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required specifications and quality standards.">
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.">
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, procurement, and other departments, to ensure seamless project execution.">
  • Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving requirements and mitigate risks.">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.">
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.">
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and other team members to build their project management skills.">
  • Lead project meetings and workshops, facilitating discussions on project progress, obstacles, and solutions.">
  • Prepare and present reports, including progress reports and project status updates, to senior management and key stakeholders.">
