Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical leader to oversee complex programs from strategy to delivery. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, communicating results to senior leadership, and leading high-impact projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate program status and results to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead complex programs from strategy to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Mastery of program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communication skills.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of driving process improvements experience and a Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
