Job Title: Business Development Intern
Overview of the RoleAs a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in helping us identify and pursue new business opportunities. This includes researching target customer lists across various industries, identifying decision-makers, and qualifying leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and build target customer lists across industries (Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail).
- Identify decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Heads of Ops) and collect verified contact information.
- Qualify leads based on ICP criteria.
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, calls, and other channels.
- Craft compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.
- Shadow and support discovery calls with prospects.
- Document customer pain points and map them to our use cases.
- Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields).
- Strong sales orientation — email marketing, outreach, cold calling.
- Crisp written & verbal communication; ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.
- Entrepreneurial bias to action — scrappy, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong research & analytical skills.
